Job Description
Salary: $2500 – $3000
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)
Responsibilities- Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables).
- Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
- Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.
- Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service team and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings, and certificates are met.
- Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
