  • Manage the full quotation and order process for spare parts

  • Prepare quotations based on customer requests

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support Sales and Project Management in securing orders

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data

  • Ensure that orders are executed within agreed timeframes and budgets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all involved parties

  • Communicate order status updates to customers

  • Prepare and provide documentation required for smooth delivery and order completion

Functie-eisen

  • At least two years of experience managing quotations and orders in a technical environment

  • Secondary or higher education, preferably in an administrative or commercial field

  • Knowledge of or experience with rotating equipment is an advantage
