Hola y bienvenido a Sungrow! We’re excited to introduce a role that keeps our commercial engine running smoothly behind the scenes as Sales Operations Coordinator - Spain. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Manage PV, ESS and distribution orders in the CRM system to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
• Issue customer invoices in line with order details and contract milestone schedules.
• Maintain strong CRM data quality and support reliable pipeline tracking and order management.
• Prepare and update reports and dashboards that support transparency and better business decisions.
• Improve and document sales operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment and Logistics on project coordination, delivery tracking and new subsidiary setup from a sales operations perspective.
