Sales Operations Coordinator

WT Microelectronics is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is located in Bayan Lepas, Penang and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including PO order entry, stock availability checks, order confirmation, and shipment coordination.
• Liaise closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) and external customers to address any order-related queries or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's order management system via CRM.
• Support sales team with quotation request.
• Manage customer request on chemical compliance documents.
