Job Description
**Role Purpose**
This role will provide administrative and technical support to the Global Sales Functional Operations team by managing CRM, reservation system, and GDSs. Ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and streamlining operational processes. Assist with the implementation of sales strategies, programs, and promotions.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Support key stakeholders with ‘Ad Hoc’ requests in line with evolving sales requirements.
+ Discover and identify internal operations gaps to allow Sales Operations Managers to achieve efficiencies as needed.
+ Provide operational support through managing issues, discrepancies, and requests.
+ Initiate and manage Rate Audits with the GDS/TPI (Third Party Intermediaries) for Global Sales, rate/product escalations. Conduct test bookings and escalate defects to appropriate internal/external support teams.
