• Onsite Trad Hybrid Model
• This ETW will be helping triage, checking multiple systems for product availability, and will be operating Client's inbox.
• So, they will have to know how to escalate and manage one off issues.
• There is a possibility for an extension after the set duration.

• Has been in a systems related role
• Good working knowledge of technology
• Is a self starter, detailed, and has good professionalism
• Has experience in training others
