GameChange Solar (GCS) is a fast‑growing clean technology company in the utility‑scale solar industry, with headquarters in Connecticut, USA, and offices worldwide. We design high‑quality solar tracker products that generate a large amount of energy, offer fast installation, and deliver excellent value to customers.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will drive deals through the purchase‑order (PO) process, streamline sales operations, and ensure clear communication among sales, customers, and internal departments. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of 2B sales operations. Although depth knowledge of solar trackers is not required initially, you should be ready to learn the basics of our products to work effectively with internal teams and client requests.
