Job Description
The Role
You will support the full sales cycle by preparing accurate proposals and competitive quotes, following up on enquiries, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. A proactive element is key, including outbound calls to builders, project teams, prospective customers, and lapsed accounts to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
You will also take ownership of stock coordination, raising purchase orders, managing inbound shipments, monitoring back orders, and maintaining minimum stock levels to prevent shortages. Oversight of goods receipting, picking, packing, and dispatch will be essential to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Freight booking, supplier liaison, and quarterly stocktakes will form part of your operational remit.
