Job Type: Full time - onsite | Experience: 1-3 Years | Location: DHA Phase 8 Ex-Park View, Lahore
We're looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support our Sales Director and sales team with CRM management, reporting, order processing, and payment coordination. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who loves working with data, spreadsheets, and systems—and who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
What You'll Do
Maintain HubSpot CRM data and support sales reps daily
Prepare sales, pipeline, payment, and shipment reports
Enter and validate sales orders accurately
Follow up with customers on payments and credit status
Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse teams
Provide clear updates and insights to leadership
