This individual will play a key role in supporting the sales team through reporting, CRM management, proposal coordination, project tracking, and client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
Prepare sales reports, analytics, and performance tracking for leadership and sales teams.
Manage and maintain CRM data, workflows, account assignments, and publication calendars.
Support sales representatives with proposals, contracts, order entry, and client follow-up.
