ADI's WW Distribution Channel Team is seeking a passionate, process driven operations analyst with the to become an important member of our channel compliance team. The channel compliance team will be the business partner for Internal Audit reviews and ensuring continuous monitoring of measures within the distribution policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Perform analysis to accurately tag situations where distributors are not in compliance with our distribution policy & procedure agreement. Provide detail to the distributors and work collaboratively find root cause and implement systems or process fixes.
Review distributor POS, for accuracy and completion based on our agreed upon reporting requirements. Communicate variances with distributors and work together to figure out root cause and align with the channel operations team to ensure priority and resolution.
