Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales & Operations Support Analyst to support our internal Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on invoice processing, purchase order management, data accuracy, and workflow coordination within NetSuite.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process invoices accurately and on time to support the Sales team.
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for operational needs.
  • Perform item setup and maintain data within NetSuite.
  • Coordinate workflows across Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for internal purchasing requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Support month-end close activities when needed.
  • Handle high-volume operational data entry tasks (approximately 30% of workload).
