ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProcess incoming orders according to the standard procedure and validationsCoordinate with other departments and making sure that orders that are activated in the CRM are progress until shipment.Follow up with Finance department on down payments received and releasing orders to production teamCoordinate with production and logistics team any relevant information that could affect delivery of the order to the customerSupport the Sales team with Supplier registration forms and Supplier portal setupSupport the sales team with credit application form, finder's fee, proforma invoices and any relevant document related to the order entry processMaintain records in the CRM according to the business requirementsREQUIREMENTSCollege Diploma in Administration or related administrative experienceExperience with a CRM software is a strong assetHave notable interest in client support and/or sales.Organized, responsible and resourceful.Energetic and cheerful personality.Good team...
