Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting commercial performance by driving operational excellence, improving sales processes, managing data and reporting, and enabling the sales team to execute effectively. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations and strong business performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales Performance Management

  • Lead monthly and weekly sales performance tracking, including sell-in, sell-out, forecast accuracy, and KPI dashboard management. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights to Sales Lead.

  • Coordinate sales target allocation and monitor progress by channel, account, and region.
