Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with calendar and event management
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, document action items, follow-up open items
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, and managing documentation.
- Collaborate closely with frontline sales to assist with customer inquiries, and pricing information.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for sales strategies.
- Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and available.
- Facilitate communication between sales, BU, LOP, and other enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
