Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Sales Operations, including data quality, CRM hygiene, and tool management (Zoho CRM, Bigin, Zoho Desk, Zoho Connect).
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates (deal stages), mandatory fields compliance, source tagging, deal transfers, and shared ownership tracking.
  • Monitor and eliminate duplicate accounts/deals; enforce data governance standards and weekly audits.
  • Drive weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence with sales leadership.
  • Prepare and circulate WSR (Weekly Sales Report), Weekly Review Deck, and support QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and ABR (Annual Business Review) reporting with accurate data freeze timelines.
  • Manage incentive planning, target projections, and quarterly payout data validation in coordination with Finance and Sales Managers.
