Salary & Benefits : * Salary: upto 3,10,000 CTC depends on interview (Plus upto 24k incentives monthly) * Also 3 year sales exp with basic English communication upto 4,50,000 CTC * Fixed salary attractive incentives * Performance-based growth opportunities * On-roll/Banking process exposure * Training provided Shift: * * 8 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays) * 9.30am – 6.30pm Job Profile / Responsibilities : 1.Outbound calling to potential customers for Kotak 811 Insurance Sales 2.Explaining Kotak 811 features, benefits & digital banking services 3.Lead generation and customer acquisition 4.Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets 5.Maintaining customer data and follow-ups 6.Ensuring compliance with bank policies and guidelines Immediate joiners preferred Location: Thane, Wagle Estate.
