Job Summary:
The Sales and Office Support Admin will provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure efficient daily operations of the Subic office. This role involves assisting the sales team, maintaining office systems, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to support business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotations, and reports
- Handle and respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and client appointments
- Maintain and organize sales records, client databases, and filing systems
- Assist in processing purchase orders, sales contracts, and delivery documents
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support in the preparation and submission of sales reports and other documents
