We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Operations Associate — Jepara


Goodwood Home , a manufacturing company based in Jepara, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Associate to join our team full-time.


What you'll do:

  • Manage client communications and support the sales pipeline
  • Help maintain and grow our CRM operations (HubSpot)
  • Support outreach to international buyers and partners
  • Assist with trade show preparation, with potential travel to China or Europe as part of our export strategy development toward 2027


What we're looking for:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Early-career candidates welcome — fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • CRM experience is a plus, especially HubSpot — but we're happy to train the right person from scratch
