1. This position is expected to properly understand landed and condominium market, sales and marketing process in our project with local partners and report effective analysis internally.
2. Collect information from several sources (JV partner staff, agents, market report, sales staff in sales galleries, customer etc.), analyze VLTH and condominium market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile/behavior/preference etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally
3. Visit sales galleries for major projects by other developers, talk with sales agents to collect information, analyze the product (area, product specification, pricing, target customers etc.) and report the situation internally
4. Visit development sites for major VLTH/condominium future project by other developers and report the situation internally
