Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
first point of contact
for potential clients through calls, messages, and digital channels.
Engage prospects warmly, understand their needs, and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule appointments, product demos, and sales meetings for the sales leads or management team.
Source and qualify new leads (sales hunting).
Support simple marketing tasks such as social media posts and basic materials.
Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, tele-sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
Experience in IT or technology sales is an advantage
Friendly, approachable and confident
in engaging with customers.
Strong sense of
customer needs, emotional intelligence and service mindset .
Proactive and motivated to find new clients.
Organised and able to follow up consistently.
