Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive – Account Management to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention, and supporting revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Ensure successful onboarding and smooth coordination with internal departments to meet client needs.
• Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio by aligning Intellexal's solutions with evolving client requirements.
