Responsibilities

  • Achieve year on year increase in Sales within the Japan catchment.
  • Implement sales strategies, development business relationships, and deliver customer satisfaction. 
  • Distil large amounts of complex information into the core basic issues and drive solutions
  • Management of large accounts in Japan and interacting with customer's technical engineers, procurement specialists, and management teams.
  • Teaming with resources at the Product Division and within the business unit is essential to achieve required results.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years professional work experience
  • Minimum 10 years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as metal or inorganic chemistry (technical background is highly preferred)
