The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating hotel revenue through effective sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development activities. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, managing key clients, increasing room nights, driving banquet and event business, and supporting the hotel's overall revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Generate new business opportunities from corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and social segments through proactive business development.
