Filinvest Land Inc is looking for an aggressive and performance-oriented personality to fill in the BROKER SALES MANAGER position for the Filinvest Zamboanga City branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or as a Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer.
• Extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and accredit brokers/realty agents for the assigned territory.
• Manage the Broker Sales Channel.
• Provide assistance and support to the broker network to ensure delivery of sales targets.
• Conduct Product Knowledge Seminars, site tours, and realty visits.
