    Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for premium Specialist and Retail customers, including Garden Centres, Farm Shops and Delis.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and unlock opportunities to expand our product range, secure extra shelf space, and introduce new product lines into existing accounts.
  • New Business - focus on generating and unlocking new business opportunities
  • Service Excellence: Ensure all aspects of our customer's requirements-from order accuracy and promotional planning to delivery schedule's managed flawlessly.
