  • Managing sales team and floor management.

  • Recruitment: conducting interviews, hiring and onboarding.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing a positive, seamless service experience.
  • Managing daily store operations; ensuring company policies and procedures are met.
  • Ensuring general safety and security of stores, associates, and customers.
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings.
  • Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests.
  • Maintaining open communication with all departments within the store, supporting the team of associates, and creating an environment of teamwork, support, and collaboration.
