Job Description


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 8-12 representatives.

  • Provide coaching, structured development, and consistent performance follow-up.

  • Ensure strict CRM tracking, weekly reporting, and KPI control.

  • Mandatory attendance at the corporate office (2 days per week).

  • Oversee both B2B and B2C sales activities (hunter & farmer model).

  • Prepare and present reports in English (regular touchpoints).

A successful Sales Manager should have:
