- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a sales team of 8-12 representatives.
- Provide coaching, structured development, and consistent performance follow-up.
- Ensure strict CRM tracking, weekly reporting, and KPI control.
- Mandatory attendance at the corporate office (2 days per week).
- Oversee both B2B and B2C sales activities (hunter & farmer model).
- Prepare and present reports in English (regular touchpoints).
A successful Sales Manager should have:
