Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee, manage and lead a busy Sales Team. You will be working alongside other Sales Managers, to ensure daily performance targets are achieved.
About the Sales Manager role:
* Basic salary is £55 - £59K per annum + upto 5% Bonus
* Excellent Benefts & Incentives
* 40 hours per week, across 7 days between 8am-8pm
* Based in Swindon (office Based role)
* Permanent role
Duties / Responsibilities for the Sales Manager role:
* Manage a team of approx 6-7 Sales Advisors
* Achieve company sales KPI’s through the successful conversion of enquiries.
* Prepare, deliver and motivate sales staff for the day ahead ensuring communication of key messages.
* Ensuring a prompt response to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
* Compiling and analysing sales figures – daily, weekly and monthly.
* Collecting customer feedback and market research.
