Sales Manager

Job Introduction

Due to an internal transfer, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the management team at our Honda Dealership in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team and continue driving the department forward, in a versatile management position.

The hours of work are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis.

Salary includes an OTE of £62,500 and use of a company car.

Role and Responsibilities

This role will predominantly focused around growing our used car operation, you will however be expected to support with new car sales where necessary. Your goal is to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars and assist the sales team in offering customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
