Job Responsibilities
- Cold calling and lead generation to source for new residential and commercial carpentry / renovation projects.
- Meet potential clients , understand their renovation requirements, space usage, design preferences, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals for carpentry works such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, feature walls, TV consoles, office cabinets, customised furniture, and other built‑in works.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
- Conduct site visits and measurements where necessary to assess project requirements and provide practical recommendations.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales, maintain relationships, and secure repeat business or referrals.
