Job Description

Role summary:

  • Develops and execute strategic & tactical plans that support business strategy(STRAP) based on Market and economy profile in the greater China region, such as NPI commercialization, pricing, product strategy etc. 
  • Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers/segments to ensure sustained growth;
  • Responsible for key financial metrics including revenue, orders, gross profit to grow the business sustainably and profitably.
  • Manage and lead Sales team, channel team to develop the tactical plan and execute the business strategy. Connect China team with global team to align the regional strategy and global strategy, advocate regional voice to global strategy /business decision.
