1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies for ATE load boards and accessories
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Drive revenue growth through both existing and new customer accounts
2. Sales & Marketing Activities Plan and implement comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with marketing teams to position products effectively in the market
Represent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and business development activities
3. Forecasting & Performance Management Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions
