Job Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with the market, management, and educators to drive demand for PCDS offerings.
  • Lead and develop a team of Training Advisors who will be at the forefront of the sales effort, ensuring strong performance and motivation.
  • Inspire and coordinate the team to work in alignment with the school management towards shared goals of school improvement and product adoption.
  • Take PCDS to the next stage of product growth by expanding into small cities and towns, exploring new opportunities for market penetration.
  • Collaborate with SBU Heads across different product and service lines to maximize geographical reach and ensure market coverage.
  • Monitor sales targets and team performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
