- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors and construction companies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide training and development.
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality products and services and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure timely delivery of RMC to clients
- Provide forecasts, sales targets, and performance reports to the management
