Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales team is actively managed, quotations are tracked, reporting is accurate, customer relationships are maintained, and sales processes are consistently executed across the business. Purpose of the Role To manage and improve the company's sales performance through structured pipeline management, sales administration, commercial reporting, customer engagement, tender coordination and leadership of the sales function. The role is responsible for ensuring that opportunities are converted into revenue through disciplined follow-up, accurate reporting, effective customer management and strong internal coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance and Compliance teams.
