Job Description

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Assistant Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Experience in an international hotel brand is preferred; Marriott experience is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with hotel sales systems and CRM is an advantage.
