Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition, development, and management of merchant, corporate, and institutional partners for FinTech and EMI (installment-based) products. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep understanding of digital payments, lending, and credit solutions, and the ability to adapt sales strategies across multiple industry sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FinTech and EMI solutions across various sectors (e.g., retail, e-commerce, healthcare, education, real estate, automotive, and enterprise).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Drive onboarding of merchants, partners, and corporate clients for EMI and digital financing products.
