Sales Manager - Electrical Wholesale

I'm working with a WA owned electrical wholesaler entering a strong growth phase and looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive profitable expansion.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who understands margin, values structure and process, and knows how to grow market share without sacrificing profitability.

The Role

Reporting to the GM, you will take ownership of sales performance across the branch. You'll lead the team, strengthen pricing and quoting discipline, support key accounts, and act as the senior technical escalation point when required.

You'll have genuine autonomy, clear targets and the backing to make an impact.
