POSITION OVERVIEW

DESENO Media Agency Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead

business development efforts and drive revenue growth for the agency. The ideal candidate will have

a strong background in service-based sales within a creative, digital, or media agency environment,

with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, close deals, and lead a

sales function independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into long-

term clients.

• Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-

selling of agency services.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set by management.
