Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Multan Pakistan. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month without accommodation but with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Train, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve overall performance
