Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager – Mortgage to lead and drive Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market sourcing in Amritsar.

Key Responsibilities



Drive business acquisition for HL & LAP through direct sourcing, connectors, and DST teams.


Lead a team of RMs/Frontline Officers (if assigned) to achieve monthly business targets.


Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local market influencers.


Ensure high-quality sourcing with complete documentation and compliance.


Coordinate with credit, legal & technical teams for faster TAT and disbursal.


Monitor market competition, pricing trends, and opportunity gaps.


Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure customer satisfaction.
