Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for guiding and managing a sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

This business leadership role will be responsible for a complete Sales performance while leading a reporting sales team & sales support team and working closely with cross functional team of marketing, customer service, technical support/ product support, finance, human resources and integrated supply chain for Building Automation. The goal of the position is to drive profitable above-market growth by implementing strategic & tactical business initiatives and manage an outcome-based solution approach in the country.


  • At least 5 years of experience with direct accountability to driving revenue and profitability; to expand presence across a high growth market faster than the industry and ensured a high share of demand.
  • Managing a high performing sales team with proven track record of high growth and margin expansion.
