Job Description
- Develop incremental new business within the Sports & Entertainment segment.
- Design and execute commercial strategies to increase MICE revenue across assigned hotels.
- Manage relationships with global corporate clients, event agencies, DMCs and congress organizers, focusing on high‑volume strategic accounts.
- Identify multi‑destination business opportunities and coordinate proposals across regions.
- Represent the hotel group at international trade shows, MICE forums, roadshows and specialized events.
- Monitor industry trends and generate tailored commercial actions for each hotel.
- Align efforts with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to ensure profitability and target achievement.
- Prepare executive reports, sales forecasts and performance summaries by property/region.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, MICE campaigns and digital commercial tools.
