Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new customers within the assigned region, with a strong focus on expanding affordable housing reach.

  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with sourcing partners including Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSAs .

  • Enhance business performance by increasing market share in affordable mortgage products and deepening geographic penetration.

  • Ensure high levels of partner and customer engagement to deliver effective pre- and post-disbursement customer service .

    Candidate Profile
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • 3 5 years of relevant experience , preferably in affordable or prime mortgage products.

  • Prior experience in channel management for Prime/Home Loan products is mandatory.
