About the Role A leading automotive group in KSA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive passenger car sales performance across the Kingdom. The role focuses on achieving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in KSA. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets (units, revenue, and margins). Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a professional customer journey and adherence to brand standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, corporate/fleet clients, and key local stakeholders. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and recommend actions to maintain a competitive edge.
