  • Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring stock levels, and improving logistics flows between LEONI and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring rapid resolution of operational, logistics, and customs-related issues.
  • Monitor commercial performance, including order analysis, invoicing, payment tracking, and customer service performance.
  • Coordinate customer quality topics, supporting complaint management and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal quality teams.
