Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project developers. Promote and present our range of architectural building materials to key decision-makers. Drive sales by following up on leads, preparing proposals, manage contract negotiations and closing deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend to site walks / site meetings where required. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets and prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly reports for senior management Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
