Sales Manager - Japan

Description

- Manage existing distributors and develop new customers

- Develop corresponding sales plans based on the company's development strategy and achieve sales targets

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)



Salary: 25-60 years old: ¥400,000 - ¥650,000 per month (tax included) (Commuting and phone charges included). Benefits negotiable for particularly outstanding candidates. Travel allowances are paid separately based on company standards.

Bonus system available, negotiated separately (based on semi-annual performance evaluations or quarterly evaluations, 1-3 months' salary per evaluation, depending on the evaluation).
