Job Responsibilities Consistently achieve short-term and long-term goals in terms of sales quota, bookings and revenue growth.


Adopt a hands-on approach to manage execution plans for key deals, via direct and indirect channels.


Sustain rigorous and transparent Salesforce.com pipeline management and forecasting across the team.


Drive visibility and alignment with Senior Management on key performance indicators, business performance and opportunities for sales performance improvements.


Partner with local Marketing and Product Management teams to increase revenue growth.
